Upon your arrival at Dehradun Airport, embark on a short drive (45 mins) to Ananda in the Himalayas.
You could enjoy the facilities of this beautiful spa resort during the afternoon.
07:00 pm This evening, participate in a short brief on the tour programme and orientation on tour logistics, led by professional experts accompanying the tour. Our accompanying Ayurveda expert hails from a traditional Ayurvedic teaching family from Rishikesh (called Ayurvedacharyas). He will give us a beautiful daily discourse on the philosophy of Ayurveda, the 3000 year old healing module.

After dinner, retire to your rooms for a relaxing deep sleep.
07:30am Start your day with a refreshing Yoga session, followed by breakfast.
10:00am – 12:00 noon After breakfast, spend time contemplating on “WHY WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT”. You will be in the company of professional experts on the subject, ready for an open discussion to share your thoughts and impart learnings from their life.
01:00 – 04:30pm This afternoon, enjoy lunch followed by relaxing siesta time.
05:00 – 07:00pm In the evening, do what makes you feel best. The choice ranges from swimming, spa treatments, nature walks, discussion and talks with other group members or a silent and reflective stroll amidst nature. Diagnosis of your body type will be done on this first day.
07:00 pm In the evening, participate in Yoga Nidra Meditation, followed by dinner.
07:30am Start your day with your morning Yoga ritual, followed by breakfast.
10:00am – 12:00 noon After breakfast, spend time learning from professional experts on todays subject “UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY TYPE”.
01:00 – 04:30pm This afternoon, enjoy lunch followed by relaxing siesta time.
05:00 – 07:00pm In the evening, do what makes you feel best. The choice ranges from swimming, spa treatments, nature walks, discussion and talks with other group members or a silent and reflective stroll amidst nature

05:00 – 07:00pm This evening enjoy a short excursion to see the evening prayers held at the banks of holy River Ganges.
